We offer a unique and broad range of products for every corner of the home through Betterware, and beauty products through Jafra, with a combined network of 63,300 distributors and 1.18 million associates, in Mexico and the U.S.

Our asset-light business model and cutting-edge social selling platform enable our Brand Partners to create and build their own business, offering them the best merchandizing and digital tools and broad portfolio of innovative products to generate business opportunities. We operate with a proven Direct Selling model through print catalogues and digital social selling for both our brands in Mexico and in the United States, where we also have an online presence.

1995 to 2001
  • Betterware de México is founded.

2001 to 2002
  • Betterware de México becomes independent from Betterware Global.

2002 to 2004
  • Betterware de México moves headquarters from Celaya, Guanajuato, Mexico to Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

2004 to 2015
  • Betterware de México creates the first incentive and loyalty programmes based on Puntos Betterware for our salesforce.

2015 to 2017
  • Betterware de México reaches a salesforce network of 100K Distributors & Associates.

2017 to 2018
  • Betterware de México reaches a salesforce network of 200K Distributors & Associates.

2018 to 2020
  • Betterware de México reaches a salesforce network of 300K Distributors & Associates.

2020 to 2021
  • Betterware de México is listed on the Nasdaq, becoming the first Mexican company to do so.

  • Betterware de México successfully navigated the pandemic, achieving record sales of $7,238 million Pesos in 2020 and $10,068 million Pesos in 2021, while reaching a record number of Distributors & Associates of 1,290K at the start of 2021.
2021 to 2022
  • Betterware de México inaugurates new headquarters, Campus Betterware, with an investment of $1B MXN.

  • Betterware de México issues its first bond on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores.

2022 to 2023
  • Betterware de México acquires Jafra, expanding the product portfolio to the beauty segment and gaining access to the US market.

2023 to 2024
  • Betterware de México restructures the syndicated loan for the Jafra acquisition and issues a second bond on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV).

Before 2024
  • Betterware de México launches new commercial name, BeFra, consolidating the group’s brands under this corporate brand.

  • Betterware initiates operations in the United States, targeting its large and rapidly growing Hispanic population.

  • BeFra transfers its common stock to the New York Stock Exchange.
